Gente dalla forchetta e dalla valigia pronta. Il carpaccio di scampi al passion fruit. Oggi voglio condividere con voi come trasformare in tutta semplicità uno scampo crudo in un piatto che sembra uscito da un ristorante stellato e che tutti i vostri ospiti vorranno fotografare.
